Return Policy:

We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned.  Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.  Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.   If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
